Manufacturing environments requiring proper illumination, such as industrial control cabinets and work cells, now have a new solution available from Banner Engineering Corp. The WLS28 Work Light Strip is a general purpose, solid state LED work light intended to provide even, bright, and highly efficient illumination to enclosures and other areas with poor lighting conditions. With a robust, yet small profile metal housing, the WLS28 Work Light Strip is available in various lengths from 145mm (5.7") to 1130mm (44.5"), while maintaining the same narrow width of 28mm (1.1") for all models.
 

In addition to providing light to areas with an even pattern of light and no shadows, the WLS28 Work Light Strip, consumes very little power — less than 9 watts per foot. When the light is used within its specifications, the typical lifetime of the LEDs is 50,000 hours of continuous operation with minimal degradation of intensity. Wiring of several lights can be minimized by cascading them end-to-end, potentially reducing costs even further. Swivel mounting brackets are included and allow for pivoting of the light 45° in either direction. The WLS28 Work Light strip is available in cabled and Quick Disconnect models, as well as stand-alone and cascadable models.
